This is another easy way to combine the salutary spinach with delicious meat mince.

1/2 kilo mushrooms, medium size or larger

1 small dry onion

Method
Finely chop the onions, dry onion and fennel.
Grate the zucchini and strain it to get its moisture out.

This pizza dough recipe is not very different from common dough recipes (with gluten).
It surely needs more water (or milk) as gluten-free flour needs more liquid ingredients for kneading.
I add linseed or/and sesame to give more fibers to the dough.
