Zucchini and cottage cheese cake
- 3 eggs
- 200 gr. all purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 225 gr. cottage cheese
- 50 gr. greek yoghurt (2% fat)
- 50 gr. olive oil
- 200 gr. shredded zucchini (seeds out)
- salt & pepper
A simple cake you can make by using just one spoon and a bowl!!!
Super delicious, nutritious, a quick and easy meal for the entire family.
A different cake, ideal for a school snack or your lunch break at work.
In one big bowl, stir all the ingredients.
Grease a small rectangular cake form or a small pan with some olive oil and pour in the mixture.
Set straight the cake’s surface (using your spoon).
Bake for 60 minutes at 160C degrees Fan, until golden.
