Galotyri cheese pie with zucchini – for the lazy cook
- 3 eggs
- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 250g galotyri cheese
- 100g olive oil
- 600g grated zucchini (without seeds)
- salt, pepper
A bowl and a ladle is all you need!!
In a bowl stir all the ingredients.
Grease a baking pan and add the mixture.
Lay the surface of our pie.
Bake at 170C degrees Fan for 40 minutes.
The simplest pie and more healthy.
With gluten free flour or not the result is still as quick and delicious.
