Blackforest triangle chocolates

Ingredients

  • 110 g sour cherry compote (strained)
  • 250 g couverture chocolate (chopped)
  • 250 g white chocolate (chopped)

A very easy recipe for our hypoglycemic moments without any guilt!

Quick, special, tasteful chocolates that we can offer in any occasion!!

They are named after the famous cake Black Forest with sour cherry compote.

So, chocolate’s pleasure is combined harmonically with juicy sour cherry, offering the benefits of flavonoids and polyphenols to our system protecting the vessels and reducing blood lipids.

Because good diabetes handling starts from good nutrition!

Method

Line a small round baking pan with parchment paper.

Strain the sour cherries and put them in kitchen towel (to soak up the moist).

Melt the couverture chocolate in a bain marie and add the sour cherries.

Mix with a silicone spatula.

Spread the mixture to the pan and refrigerate for 10 minutes.

Melt the white chocolate in a bain marie or microwave.

Let the temperature low for 5 minutes.

Pour the white chocolate in the baking pan with couverture chocolate and spread smoothly.

Refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.

Cut in triangle pieces and serve!

Attention!! Don’t let the taste carry you away!!

It is rich in calories and carbs. Balance your everyday diet and don’t consume more in the rest of your meals.

To cut easily the triangle pieces, wet your knife with warm water first so to cut the chocolate without breaking it.
