- 350 g all-purpose flour (gluten-free)
- 3 eggs
- 50 g olive oil
- 150 g tahini praline
- 100 g powdered sugar
- 50 g brown sugar
- 120 g couverture chocolate drops
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 vanillin
Tahini is grounded sesame and it fully preserves all the beneficial ingredients of this precious seed.
Its combination with chocolate creates a divine praline which can be found prepacked or you can make it yourselves.
The easy tahini cookies that I present to you, don’t need a mixer or any other kitchen tool, but only a spoon for mixing our ingredients.
Preheat oven to 170C degrees.
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl with a spoon.
In a non-stick baking sheet or a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the dough in pieces. I usually use two spoons to form the cookies as even as I can.
Leave some space between them. They will not rise a lot but space is needed so not to stick to each other.
Bake at 170C degrees Fan for 18 minutes.
Allow them to cool and enjoy.
Even though they are nutritious, pay attention to calories and carbs. They are full of them.
