- 100 g quick and easy mayonnaise
- 100 g strained yoghurt full-fat
- 150g peas
- 100 g carrots
- 150 g potatoes
- 2 eggs

It accompanies most meals that you could prepare for celebrations (greek feasts are used to it quite often) or even for your daily choices!
Boil the eggs until they’re stiff (for about 5 minutes) and allow them to cool.
Peel the carrots and potatoes.
In a pot, boil the water and add the peas, carrots (whole) and potatoes (cut in the middle or in three pieces).
Let them boil for about 15 minutes.
Drain and cut the carrots and potatoes into cubes.
In a bowl or deep dish, pour the quick and easy mayonnaise, yoghurt and mix.
Add the vegetables and mix slowly.
Peel the eggs. Cut them into pieces and add them to the salad.
Try, add if we want pepper or salt and serve!
