Roasted sea bream

I can not think an easier way to cook fish….

  • one sea bream for each (buy about 250g fish)
  • oregano, salt
  • rice (50g raw rice for each portion)

and a salad! (whatever you like)

Method

Perfect meal and extremely balanced. Along with all the benefits fish give us.

I personally love fish hatchery sea breams because they have more fat and are roasted much better.
Estimate one sea bream for each person.

Place the gutted sea breams in an oiled baking pan, season with salt and oregano. (rosemary is also very tasteful)

Roast, in preheat oven, at 190C degrees for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, boil the rice and you will have them both ready in the exact time!
