- 700 g peaches, peeled and chopped
- 50 g sugar
- 80 g fresh cow butter
- 4 eggs
- 120 g white sugar
- 200 g all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 100 g fresh milk

Cakes should not be unvaried, especially in summertime. Give them the aroma of fresh seasonable fruits.

Try a quick and easy recipe which “uses” seasonable peaches aplenty.
Ideally served with your favorite flavored ice cream.

Spread the peaches in a non-stick baking ban and sprinkle with 50g of sugar.
Bake at 170C degrees for 25 minutes or until they are golden.
For the cake mixture
The eggs, butter and milk should be in room temperature.
Beat the butter and sugar and add the eggs one at a time.
Add the milk and gradually the flour and baking powder.
Add the vanilla extract.
Remove the baking pan with the peaches from the oven and spread the cake mixture on top.
Bake for 30 minutes at 160C degrees.
