Dairy-free Pasta Flora
- 500 g bread flour (gluten-free)
- 180 g brown sugar
- 200 g olive oil
- one orange zest
- 1 pinch of salt
- 50 g brandy
- 50 g orange juice
- 250 g strawberry jam
Dairy-free pasta flora with olive oil!
A sweet dessert for your coffee or tea.
You can use any jam you like.
A very easy and quick recipe.
Knead all the ingredients for the tart shell until the dough softens.
Seperate 1/3 of the dough and set aside.
Press the rest of the mixture on to the bottom and sides of the tart pan.
Spread the jam.
With the remaining dough make stripes and decorate the tart.
Bake at 180C degrees for 45 minutes until golden
