Making fluffy cookies with white and dark chocolate!
A simple and quick recipe for homemade soft cookies.
Method
Preheat oven to 180C degrees.
The butter and eggs should definitely be in room temperature for at least 1 hour.
In a bowl, beat the butter, sugar and eggs with a stirrer.
Add the baking powder to the flour and mix.
Cut the white chocolate in small pieces.
Add all ingredients in the bowl and stir with a spoon.
When the mixture is incorporated, knead the dough in small balls.
In a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place the cookies leaving enough space between because they will rise.
I’ve placed only 9 cookies.
Bake at 180C degrees Fan for 15 minutes.
Allow them cool and enjoy!
