Coconut panna cotta with honey


  • 600 g coconut milk
  • 150 g honey
  • 15 g gelatin sheets

We replace sugar with honey and milk with coconut milk and we create a delicious panna cotta.

Panna cotta is an easy and quick dessert.

A variation that I present here is a delicious and easy – and perhaps more aromatic and tasty – with coconut milk and honey.
Alternatively, you can replace coconut milk and with other herbal milk of your choice!

Try it. Quick, easy and special recipe, dairy free and ideal for those who avoid cow milk and animal fat.


In a bowl with cold water add two-three ice cubes and gelatin sheets for few minutes until they soften.

Warm the milk in a saucepan and when it starts to boil add the honey.

Drain the gelatin sheets, add them in the saucepan and stir until they melt completely.

When the gelatin sheets are melted our mixture is ready.

Line the cake pan with plastic wrap.

Spread the mixture carefully and allow it to get room temperature.

Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours.

To serve our dessert, turn upside down the cake pan in a platter and remove the plastic wrap.

Decorate as you desire and enjoy!
