Carob flour crepe
Basically it’s the same recipe as classic crepes’ recipe (see my recipe) and I only remove 100 g flour and replaced it with carob flour.
The filling is fresh chopped strawberries and mascarpone cheese mixed with molasses.
So, the crepe has a perfect purple colour.

Just to mention, moulasses is gluten-free..
