Au gratin with vegetables and sausage


  • 900 gr potatoes (peeled)
  • 150 g peas
  • 100 g carrots
  • 20 g fresh onions
  • 150 g gouda cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 130 g country sausages
  • 300 g Greek strained yoghurt
  • salt & pepper
  • some olive oil (for the pan greasing)

Au gratin with vegetables and sausage, so all the kids to love vegetables.

Another way to make your vegetables more tasty for the daily table and not only.

Without cream and with few calories, although it contains sausage!

Easy, quick, economical, healthy and delicious food !!


Peel the potatoes and the carrots.

Slice the potatoes in thick round pieces.

Leave the carrots as whole or cut them in the middle.

Boil the potatoes, peas and carrots for about 10 minutes.

Drain the vegetables.

Slice the carrots in small pieces.

Finely chop the green onions and sausages.

In an greased baking pan, mix all the vegetables and sausages.

Season with salt and pepper.

We set aside about 1/3 of the cheese, to spread it lastly on top of our vegetables and over the yoghurt cream.

Sprinkle some cheese over the vegetables.

Whisk lightly the eggs (with a fork) and add the yogurt and most gouda cheese.

Spread the mixture over the vegetables to cover the baking pan.

Sprinkle with the rest of the cheese.

Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes Fan at 170C degrees or until golden.

We serve while our food is hot.
